Early art direction exploration for Lombard Place. Lombard Place is a new housing development in the city of Bristol. This is the latest project from the PYL team which are responsible for a string of recent local successful builds.

(Problem)
After speaking with PYL, they explained that their current website was a just a point of information to direct their customers to as a place holder before the official promotional launch.
(Solution)
The purpose of this design was to create a clean, simple design that would service UI in a modern way, while maintaining an emphasis on content, typography and information architecture.
This design was eventually rejected, but we found it interesting and believe that it deserves to see the light of day.
